AutoMed’s MyMedicare Administration Tool is aimed at streamlining the MyMedicare registration process.
Clinics can communicate with their patients and allow patient to complete forms to assist in the registration process.
The Data captured from this process can then be Manually entered HPOS by Clinic staff.

- Clinic can use the Administration Tool to communicate and guides patients through the MyMedicare Registration process.
- Insert clinic location’s dedicated MyMedicare URL in SMS Campaigns.
- Place QR Code onto Posters / Flyers, emails, Social Media posts etc.
- SMS Campaign feature includes a MyMedicare eligible patient’s filter.
- Data is captured and placed into patient file and made available on the clinics dashboard to allow staff to then manually register the patient in HPOS.
- A digital version of the MyMedicare Registration form has been added to the Consent Forms Service, allowing staff to easily complete the registration form digitally in-clinic via a BYO tablet device (Concierge Service). The signed form will save to the patient’s file in your Best Practice or MD/PracSoft.
- Appointment Level Validations – can now be flagged as MyMedicare only.
- Use your PMS Tools to import Registration Statuses into your PMS.
No, at this time, Best Practice /MD PracSoft and Providers such as
AutoMed DO NOT have an integration with HPOS to directly register
Patients automatically.
Clinic staff MUST register patients manually in HPOS for those
patients that choose to complete the clinic’s registration page.
AutoMed’s SMS Campaign feature now includes a MyMedicare
eligible patient’s filter.
This filter will limit the message to be sent to all patients who
have had 2 or more face-to-face consults at your clinic in the
past 2 years and have either a Medicare Card or DVA Card
recorded in your clinic’s database.
