Should you require a face to face appointment you may be asked to wait outside before your appointment.

Medicare rebates for telephone consultations are only available to patients who have had a face to face consultation with their doctor in the last 12 months.

Monday to Friday, bulk billing is only available to concession card holders, Gold DVA card holders and children 5 and under. Concession card holders are not bulk billed on weekends. Appointments booked at 5.30 and beyond incur a higher fee. Weekend fees apply to all except Gold card DVA holders and children 5 and under.
