Welcome to Mayfield Medical Connection. MMC supports local doctors providing quality care for you and your family, offering face-to-face and telehealth consultations.

Please call reception to book:
- Childhood immunisations
- Adult injections* (including travel vaccines and IV infusions)
- Nurse services* (Wound care/ Suture removal/ ECG/ Holter monitor/ Spirometry)
- Chronic disease care plans
- Annual health assessments
- Driver’s licence medical checks

* These services must be discussed with your doctor before booking.

Please note:
- If you are pregnant and this is your first visit, please book a long appointment.
- Repeat prescriptions and referrals should be requested online.
- Under NO circumstances will the doctors who work from MMC prescribe addictive medications to new patients.

Fees:
- Standard consultation: $108 (>6 minutes & <20 minutes long)
- Long consultation: $160 – $185 (>20 minutes long)
- Concession rates are available.

To be eligible to receive a rebate for your telehealth or telephone consultation, as per Medicare guidelines, you MUST have been seen onsite at the practice within the last 12 months.
Some services do not attract a Medicare rebate.

Cancellation policy: In accordance with our cancellation policy, if an appointment is not cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, a non-attendance fee will apply.
If a fee applies, please contact reception to arrange payment and rebook your appointment.
