BILLING
Please note, we are a mixed billing clinic and fees are payable on the day.
Bulkbilling is available for children aged 15yrs and under for general appointments

As of the 1st of February 2022 all doctors have private fees, with a medicare rebate available. The private fees also apply to OSHC/OVHC patients. Bulk Billing is available for patients 15 years old and under only.
As of the 1st of April 2023, all phone consultations are privately billed. For results, please book a face-to-face consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that as of 12/7/23, our cancellation policy has changed. If you can no longer attend your appointment, you will need to cancel or rebook via calling reception or declining the confirmation text so we can allocate your appointment to another patient. If you fail to advise less than 4hrs in advance, you will need to pay the $40 cancellation fee prior to your next appointment. If your appointment is between 8-12am, the appointment will need to be cancelled the day prior.

This is to ensure our doctors can give their patients the best possible care and service by opening up appointment slots that may go unused.

Missed or cancelled appointments will be marked as a ‘did not attend’ appointment and will stay on your file for 1 year. This fee is to be paid prior to booking your next appointment with any provider and is not claimable with Medicare or Healthfunds.

Full payment is required at consultation. Surcharges apply. If applicable, the Medicare rebate will be processed onsite. For detailed fee policy, visit myhealth.net.au.
