Please note that we are a Mixed Billing practice and fees are payable on the day.
Bulk billing is available for Pension / Health Care card holders and children under 16yrs for weekday appointments. At weekends private fees apply for ALL patients.
All NEW patients including concession card holders and children will be charged a gap fee for their initial appointment. Please call us for further information or if you are experiencing financial hardship.
As of Monday 17th April 2023, Dr Mark Henderson is changing to mixed billing where fees will be applicable to all NEW patients and all patients over 15 years old that do not hold a valid concession card.

Full payment is required at consultation. Surcharges apply. If applicable, the Medicare rebate will be processed onsite. For detailed fee policy, visit myhealth.net.au.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear patients, please be advised that as of 11/09/2023, our cancellation policy has changed. If you can no longer attend your appointment, you will need to cancel or rebook via calling reception or declining the confirmation text so we can allocate your appointment to another patient. If you fail to advise less than 2hrs in advance, you will need to pay a $40 cancellation fee prior to your next appointment. If your appointment is between 7am-10am, the appointment will need to be cancelled the day prior. This is to ensure our doctors can give their patients the best possible care and service by opening up appointment slots that may go unused. Missed or cancelled appointments will be marked as a ‘did not attend’ appointment and will stay on your file for 1 year. This fee is to be paid prior to booking your next appointment with any provider and is not claimable with Medicare or Healthfunds.
