Myhealth Doncaster East (The Pines SC) is a high quality accredited brand new and modern medical centre, located inside The Pines Shopping Centre between Priceline & K-Mart. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients. Please note that masks are still compulsory when visiting our practice.

New patients and walk-ins are welcome.

Please note that we are a mixed billing practice and a gap fee is payable on the day.
This means that a $30 - $40 GAP (out of pocket) fee will apply for GP Consultations.

Pension/Concession card holders, and children aged 15yrs and under with a valid Medicare card, will continue to be bulk billed on weekdays.
Fees apply for appointments on weekends and public holidays regardless of age and concessions status.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments.
* A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment.
* A 24 hours notice is required for Allied Health (Physiotherapist, Dietitian, Podiatrist, Exercise physiologist & TCM Physician) - $50 cancellation fee will apply.
* A 48 hours notice is required for Edwin Kung (Educational & Developmental Psychologist) - Full fees will apply.

Full payment is required at consultation. Surcharges apply. If applicable, the Medicare rebate will be processed onsite. For detailed fee policy, visit myhealth.net.au.
