FEES A $20-$50 GAP (Out of Pocket Contribution) applies for all GP Consultations. Bulk billing is available on weekdays for some eligible patients. Please see doctors bios for more details about their fees. An appointment solely for the purpose of Flu-Vaccine and/or Covid-19 Vaccination will be bulk billed.
CANCELLATION POLICY A $40 ‘Cancellation Fee’ applies for all missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice. The GPs and Medical Centre reserves the right to refuse further service until all Outstanding Fees are paid.
COVID SYMPTOMS?
If you have any cold or flu symptoms, such as sore throat, cough, runny/congested nose or fever, please book a Telehealth appointment. If you need to come in then you need to do a Rapid Antigen Test before your appointment, which must come back NEGATIVE.
Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you are COVID POSITIVE, instead please call reception. DOCTORS WILL NOT SEE COVID POSITIVE PATIENTS FACE TO FACE, but you maybe eligible for a Telehealth appointment
Everyone is REQUIRED to wear a MASK to enter the clinic.
TELEHEALTH You are eligible for telehealth if you have attended the clinic for Face to Face appointment in the last 12 months, positive for covid-19 in the last 7 days, or it is for a child under 12 months. To prepare for your telehealth appointment please either click on the link (for video consults) in your confirmation message or wait for the doctor to call you.

IMMUNISATIONS/PROCEDURES All immunisation and procedure appointments need to be booked with both the nurse and the doctor. Please make sure you select the correct appointment type. If you have any issues booking these types of appointments online please call our reception team on 02 9030 0468.
Full payment is required at consultation. Surcharges apply. If applicable, the Medicare rebate will be processed onsite. For detailed fee policy, visit myhealth.net.au.
For patients with Medibank Flu Vouchers, no out-of-pocket fees will apply for standard flu vaccine consultations, however consult fees may apply for non-Medicare card holders or if consulting with your GP for additional health matters (for example, another health issue or prescription).
