For requests involving repeat scripts, medical certificates & referrals, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment. Please note that medical certificates cannot be backdated.
If your appointment is for a child and you require a referral/letter/paperwork filled out etc - please note that the doctor requires the child to be at the appointment.
