Billing Information: We are a mixed billing clinic for all appointments, except physiotherapy. Non-concession card holders will be privately billed. Bulk Billing is available at the discretion of the healthcare provider for the following groups: Children under 16 years of age Commonwealth Concession Card holders DVA Gold Card holders (and White Card holders for entitled conditions) Pensioners For any further questions, please call us at: (08) 9406 8699. Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy: Please note that Merriwa Medical Centre charges a fee of $45.00 for all missed appointments. We require at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. If you fail to cancel within this time, the above fees will apply. COVID-19 Guidelines: If you are COVID-positive, please call reception at (08) 9406 8699 to see if your GP can conduct a phone consultation. Do not come into the clinic if you are COVID-positive. If you have flu-like symptoms, please ensure you wear a mask when attending your appointment.
