FAILURE TO ATTEND APPOINTMENT We would like to advise that as of January 1st 2024, we will be introducing a FAILURE TO ATTEND fee for missed appointments with no notification. This fee will be $20.00 and will be payable before attending any future appointments – this fee is private and not claimable through Medicare. We understand that on occasion there may be a genuine reason for missing an appointment (for example – being transferred to hospital via ambulance, or presenting to hospital due to escalating symptoms), however in non-emergent situations and you are unable to attend or no longer need the appointment – we kindly ask that you call the clinic on 03 4329 0005 to cancel or reschedule with at least two (2) hours’ notice so the appointment can be given to someone else who is in need and a new one offered to you.
