We are a private billing clinic. Pensioners (with a current pension card) will generally be bulk billed for telehealth (phone) and in clinic consultations, however this is at the doctor's discretion. A reduced rate will apply to Health Care Card holders, but they should still expect an out-of-pocket cost. Please note that most doctors will not bulk bill on Saturdays and there is an additional $10 Saturday fee. NO MEDICARE REBATE will be available if the patient does not attend the appointment themselves. It is not sufficient for a parent/guardian to attend on the patient's behalf. This rule applies for face-to-face and telehealth consultations.
If you have any respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, cold, sore throat, sore ears, temperature, chest infection, etc), please book a TELEPHONE consult first. The doctor will organise for you to come into the clinic if required. Patients with respiratory symptoms must enter the clinic through the back entrance and be wearing a mask.
Please note that we are NOT currently offering COVID vaccine to children. We only have the Pfizer Bivalent BA.4-5 vaccine which is only available to persons 18 years and older. We apologise for the inconvenience.
