Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all patients, the following policy applies:
Missed Appointments:If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a 100% fee will be charged to your account.
Future Bookings:No future appointments will be scheduled until the outstanding fee is fully settled.
