CSMP is a general practice facility that provides services to independent GPs, helping to better serve the health needs of the local and wider community.

Please note that we are a Private Billing practice and fees are payable on the day. Cancellation fees apply for non-attendance with less than TWO (2) hours notice.
Patients with Centrelink issued Health Care Cards or Pension Cards may be charged at a Concession Fee rate for weekday appointments, concessions do not apply to Saturday visits.
