The Practice at Clem Jones Centre is located on Level 2 inside the Clem Jones Centre Wellness Precinct.
Our specialist GPs are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred medical care in a welcoming and professional environment, with a wide range of general practice services, including:

New patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a new patient form.

Please note that we are a Private Billing practice and fees are payable on the day - any applicable Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before on the day to avoid a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee.
You can cancel by: Replying ‘NO’ to your SMS reminder, via the AMS App or by phone on 07 3522 1868 during opening hours.
Missed appointments prevent others from accessing care.
