Welcome to our clinic, we pride ourselves in having highly qualified and reputable medical practitioners who deliver quality healthcare to all their patients.

Elm Rd Family Clinic Warners Bay is a private billing practice.

Bulk billing is available for children under the age of 16 and DVA patients.

All appointments for chronic disease management plans/reviews and health assessments will be bulk billed.

Bulk billing may be available for regular patients of the practice that are First Nations patients.

All new patients will be required to provide their card details to complete their new patient appointment online or over the phone. Patients will not be charged when they make the booking but may be charged a non-attendance/late cancellation fee if the appointment is missed without prior notification.

Telephone consultations will be billed according to our standard billing schedule. To confirm your appointment, you will be required to enter your credit card details. These will be stored securely and will only be debited according to the scheduled fee, if applicable, once the consultation has been completed. If your banking details are registered with Medicare, any applicable rebate will be processed on your behalf.

A non-attendance/late cancellation fee will apply for non-attendance/late cancellation of 2 hours or less.

All weekend and public holiday appointments are privately billed regardless of patient age or concession status.

After Hours Phone Consults are available via our “All Services” button. Please note, the cost of this service is $350 for all patients.
