Dr Ali Soleymani, Dr Sahar Firouzinezhad and Dr Tarik Elharrif have now started PRIVATE billing.

Dr Soleymani- BULK BILLING options available for children under 15, DVA and Pension card holders, that have seen him in the last 12 months, if you haven't, you are REQUIRED to pay the initial consultation fee. No DVA/Pension card then Private fees apply.

Dr Elharrif- BULK BILLING options available for children under 15, DVA and Aged Pension card holders, that have seen him in the last 12 months, if you haven't you are REQUIRED to pay the initial consultation fee. NO Aged Pension Card/DVA Card then Private fees apply. SKIN CHECKS ARE PRIVATE FEES. 1-2 spots $75, rebate $42.85 Full Skin Check $99.00, rebate $42.85.

Dr Firouzinezhad will only BULK BILL children under 15 and regular patients, that have seen her in the last 12 months. Private fees apply for everyone else.

ALL Telecalls are a Private Fee of $75.00 for everyone.

CANCELLATION AND NON ATTENDANCE FEE:
We understand situations may arise where you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If this occurs, we respectfully ask you to provide a minimum of 4 hours notice before your appointment.
If you cancel within the 4 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, a non attendance fee of $40.00 will apply. If you have a cancellation fee, we will require payment before you can schedule another appointment.
