Tom (Sports Scientist) has been consistently involved in sport since a young age. At school, he was a dedicated member of the First XIII rowing and First XV rugby teams. In 2019 his teams won both the Brother Redmond Cup for rugby, and WA Rowing’s coveted Head of The River. Tom also competed in National competitions for both sports that year. Throughout his time at university, he continued to row at a high level.

Currently, Tom trains as a competitive natural bodybuilder. He enjoys the dedication and discipline required to prepare for competition, and he specialises in instructing muscle and strength building, through body re-composition.

With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from UWA, Tom aims to use the knowledge from his degree and his own training experience to help others reach their potential and enjoy the benefits of a fit and strong body.

Lizzie Yorkston is a passionate advocate for the amazing influence that nutrition can have on every aspect of our lives. Lizzie’s philosophy on nutrition and dietetics centres on a combination of moderation, balance and enjoyment. Passionate about empowering individuals to make positive and lasting changes for their health, Lizzie’s goal is to help her clients enjoy a healthier, happier, and more vibrant life. Lizzie’s career has seen her work within private practice and clinical settings throughout Queensland and Western Australia, and as a nutritional consultant to the health and fitness industry. Lizzie has experience within a diverse range of nutrition areas including weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, allergy and food intolerance, sports nutrition and nutrition for general health. Lizzie holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science, with a Master of Dietetic Studies both completed at the University of Queensland, and is a qualified and experienced personal trainer, health writer and fitness mentor.
