Please note that we are a Private Billing practice and fees are payable on the day- any applicable Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf.
All appointments on weekends, public holidays and from 6pm weekdays are privately billed at $108 regardless of age or concession status.

DNA (Did Not Attend) & Cancellation Policy
To help us provide timely care to all patients, the following DNA and short-notice cancellation fees apply:

Specialists
DNA Fee (no show): $250 Short-Notice Cancellation (less than 48 hours): $150
Doctors
DNA Fee (no show): $50
Short-Notice Cancellation (less than 4 hours): $30
Nurses
DNA Fee (no show): $30
Short-Notice Cancellation (less than 4 hours): $20
Dr Bezzina
DNA Fee (no show): $80
Short-Notice Cancellation (less than 48 hours): $50

Please ensure cancellations are made within the required notice periods to avoid these fees. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair service for all patients.
