All appointments for Vaccinations, Dressings, Procedures including IUD, Contraceptive Implants, Skin Checks and Medicals must be booked through reception staff on 8865 0177.

Clare Medical Centre - Snowtown Clinic is a private billing practice and fees are payable on the day.
Only the patients listed below as eligible will be automatically bulk billed for services. Bulk Billing Eligibility Children under 16 years High School students, providing a current student ID card.
