** COVID POLICY **
• All persons ≥12 yrs age with fever or respiratory symptoms must wear a face mask as a Condition of Entry, and are encouraged to do a COVID-19 RAT test prior to attending the clinic .

The GPs at North Ryde Medical Centre have a Mixed Billing fee policy:

CONCESSION patients (Child under 16yrs, Commonwealth Pensioner or Health Care Card holders):
• Medicare Bulk-Billing is available Monday to Friday 8am-4:45pm.
• $28 out-of-pocket gap fee is applicable on Monday to Friday 5pm-6pm, and on Saturday & Sunday.
• (please note Commonwealth Seniors Health Card is not eligible for concession fees, but please register it with us as you may be eligible for other benefits).

STANDARD (non-concession) patients:
• $48 out-of-pocket gap fee for all GP consultations.

Nurse appointments are bulk-billed (eg. flu vax).

Fees are payable in full on the day of the consultation, and the Medicare rebate can be processed immediately afterwards.
A surcharge of 1.5% is applicable for all in-practice credit card payments, and 1.7% for all telehealth card payments.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel the appointment prior to the appointment time, otherwise a Non-Attendance Fee of $40.00 is payable if you do not attend (or answer a booked Telehealth consultation).
