BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE READ IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR BILLING POLICY EFFECTIVE 3 October 2022

From the 3 October 2022, management has introduced a fee for patients. Fees apply to both face-to-face and telephone consultations.

All Patients are required to pay their accounts in full on the day of the consult. The Medicare rebate can be refunded immediately to your Eftpos/Debit card or will be directly deposited into your nominated bank account with Medicare. (DVA, Pensioners and Children under 16 will not be affected by these changes).

It is practice policy that all accounts are settled in full on the day of consultation, NO ACCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED.

Please note that masks are mandatory for all patients attending in-clinic appointments.
