Dr Sanjeevan Nagulendran and Dr Chaminda De Silva do not see new patients who book online. If you are a new patient and book online, your appointments will be cancelled without notification. New patients are welcome to book online for all other doctors in the practice.

More than 4 hours’ notice - No fee | Less than 4 hours’ notice or no-show: $20 (standard consult) | $40 (long consult)

Specialist:
More than 24 hours’ notice - No fee | Less than 24 hours’ notice or no show $100

Dietitian, Physiotherapist, Psychologist:
More than 24 hours’ notice - No fee | Less than 24 hours’ notice or no show $50

Care Plan Nurse:
More than 48 hours’ notice - No fee | Less than 48 hours’ notice or no show $50
