1. There will no longer be bookings for phone consultation with doctors. All consultation will be face to face except for patients who are covid positive.
2. We will no longer be communicating via email. Our staff are more than happy to discuss your queries via phone call or face to face.
3. All scripts and referral letters must be picked up from the front desk.
