NSW Health advice is that if you have a cough, sore or scratchy throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of taste or smell you must not present at the practice for a face to face appointment. Telehealth advice is available.
Please note that Telehealth is available with a medicare rebate to patients that have had a face to face appointment with a doctor in the last 12 months.
If you have not been seen in the last 12 months face to face at the practice you will not be eligible for a medicare rebate and will need to pay for the consultation in full.
