The practitioners practicing at HLGP offer both appointments at HLGP for all of their patients and telehealth consultations for eligible patients.
Medicare requires that telehealth appointments are only provided by practitioners if you have attended an appointment at HLGP within the past 12 months.
On arriving at HLGP for an appointment, please remain in your care and telephone Reception to let us know you have arrived. HLGP will then call you when its time to enter.

HLGP is a mixed billing clinic. This means that practitioner patients under 16 years, pensioners, healthcare card holders, Veteran Affairs Card, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders will be bulk billed.
All other patients will be privately billed.
