PLEASE NOTE : If you are booking for a child or someone else THEY MUST BE PRESENT (in person and by phone) to be eligible for a MEDICARE rebate - this is as per Medicare legislation. If the patient (child or otherwise) is not present a private fee with no Medicare rebate will be raised.
